Lewis Hamilton won the opening race of the season in style. He had to work hard for this victory as he had Red Bull on his tail with Max Verstappen driving. It was an evening of drama but Mercedes emerged as the champions with their team strategy.
The Red Bull car almost overtook Mercedes several times. The Red Bull car lost out to Mercedes on a very narrow margin. Mercedes will have to do more to ensure victory as Vestappen is very close, too close !
