im 14 years old and im one of your biggest fans. the moment you steped into F1 i noticed you, not only because of looks, but i noticed talent immediatly. my family are motorsport mad and my brother supports ferrari, so we are always at eachother, and i always prove the point that you good. i know it must be hard how everyone probaly preasurises you, when you done with the race you have to get on a plane again, even when you suffer from jetlag you have to train, paperazzi following you making up rumores etc(read the book). i admire you for that and everything else, you a true hero and i thank you for setting a good example for me. my only wish in the whole world before you die is to meet you. even if you change teams, if you have a bad race, and if you win, ill always will be chearing. wishing you luck and i know, you can do it.

I have followed your career since I saw you in a local newspaper about 13 years ago. I was very confident you would do well in F1 but you have been a blast. I never thought i would follow the sport like this but thanx to you am in deep. Good luck for the rest of the season and I truely hope that you get what you should have got last year , ie win the championship. You deserve it cause you are the best imho. Wow !Fantastic race you had especially not being on pole and after the accident you have just made my week. I was on the edge of the seat the whole afternoon watching the Monaco grand Prix. I nearly changed channels after you hit the barrier, but seeing that you pitted successful I continued watching and you delivered beautifully. When you dont win a race I actually become sick. YOU ARE THE GREATEST AND GOD BLESS YOU AND YOUR FAMILY

On March 17 I had written in my blogs as follows:-
“Lewis Hamilton celebrated his victory in the Australian Grand Prix on March 16.The date was lucky for Hamilton.
Lewis Hamilton was born on January 7,1985.So,number 7 is lucky for him.Date 16 adds up to 7.
It may be noted that only 7 cars finished the race.
The occult number carried by his name is 48 which adds up to 3.Interestingly enough,he was 23 years and 70 days old on march 16.The age adds up to 3.
It was reported that McLaren’s Hamilton celebrated his 23rd birth day at the launch of his team’s new car racer in Germany on January 7.The new F1 car was designated as MP4-23.The occult number of “MP4-23” is 3.”

Brilliant job, Lewis. The start was professional and that was what I thought you would do setting yourself between the Ferraris. It was so nice watching the last minutes of the race. When you passed the finishing lane we were screaming here in Germany! It was great watching you celebrating your win in your car.

We have a young boy here with severe autism who is a big fan of Lewis Hamilton and who can tell you anything about Lewis, the car’s he drives, how many races he’s won etc etc etc.

All these people who hate Lewis Hamilton are little more than narrow minded racist jealous fools.
Change is never easy,particularly when it comes to perceptions and expectations concerning black or mixed race people’s abilities and potential here in the UK and in Europe generally.
Move beyond settling for a career in one of the usual sterotypical roles as a DJ,Basketball Player,Singer,Dancer or Boxer and sadly one can expect to experience untold prejudice and resentment in the UK and Europe in general.
I myself experienced untold resentment ,people questioning my capacity and jealousy when I was taking my Pilot’s license and subsequently passed and was actually surrounded by the Police when I flew to Stockholm in a small plane once,all because I’m mixed race and don’t ‘

What Lewis Hamilton, his father and Ron Denis have achieved to date is monumental in terms of determination,motivation,belief and consistency and any normal person could only take their hat off to all three of them and say ‘bloody well done’ you deserve everything you’ve achieved.
Lewis Hamilton has the experience and potential to win five or more Grand Prix championships,but he must put the potential champagne and playboy lifestyle on permanent hold and apply a pedantic and precision approach to acquire the extra edge to become a winner.
There will be plenty of time to enjoy the ‘easy life’ once he has maximized his potential and established a historical legacy.
Go Lewis! Go! You need to step up the approach a little and bring out the very best you can offer.We all know you can do it!

Hey lewis u well deserve to win the season championship because u have more skill than anyone out there a mean raikkionen is good but he only wins because of his car is faster so if u get a faster u will wipe the floor with him. also massa is just playin a game he only wins because he has ferrari behind him.you should of won it last season as a rookie but your car lost power for a abit so unlucky but ano u can do it so do it for all ur fans out there. you r a legend and will be for years because no one has came so close to winning the championship on her rookie season so good luck cya

Sorry, I am also very late for my congratulations. Well done, Lewis!
Now the podium session is starting and there will be no podiums left out until the last race in Brazil! I hope that Heikki is also feeling better now and both of you will be a great force on the next track in Turkey. It was nice to see that after 2 races finally you were on the podium again and you throw the bottle to your team. This was missing!!

To Inge and the Moderator, thank you so much for this site. Lewis’s fans love him so much, whether he wins or loses. I too have ‘Life In the Fast Lane’ on DVD and read his book and a few others too. He is so wonderful, such a nice person, so good looking, and an inspiration to everybody. I regularly look at this site because it warms my heart to see others who think like me.

Just to give a comment on what “The Stig” said.
If you might think that it is nonsense writing messages to Lewis why are you writing anything anyway?
I think you are dissapointed with your own life, because everybody can do what he wants to do and it is respectable how far Lewis did come in his life and it is reamarkable, because there are only a few prodigys in this entire world who have such a carreer. His father made it possible by working on 3 jobs in order to find the money´. He saw the talent in Lewis’ early years and started supporting him. Watch the DVD “Life in the fast lane”.
Maybe you have to read more about Lewis own words in his book than listening to stupid reporters who are getting down on him just because he had 2 races which were not so good. You forget 2007 when Kimi was far behind due to a lot of mistakes which causes 2 races without any point and one race only with one point. (Is that ringing a bell?) What are you talking about?
Of course it is a lot of money what the F1 drivers are earning, but they are not looking for the sponsors themselve. They get paid for their job – fullstop. Watch out what the top managers in the industry are earning. Make your homework first. Withour sponsors you would not be able to watch any race on TV. Even the media was too much and they pushed the news about him to this extend that some people might think he wants it, but he was never asking for this popularity. Look at Michael Schumacher he was in the same position after he was World Champion in Benetton. The press was behind him everywhere!!
But do not misjudge the talent of Lewis, because there was no driver ever in the history of F1 who started with this success being the vise World Champion.
Curse the media if you want, but not people who you do not know.
It is the time that also black people get some success in this white dominated world.
Lewis will make it this year, because he has his focus on improving himself from race to race and the McLaren team will do the rest to get more downsforces and so on to be as quick as the red ones are. Your judgement about the McLaren team is rubbish. History speaks for itself. If the red ones would not have Michael Schumacher for testing their cars they would not be where they are. They tried to get McLaren with this fishy story about espionage, but they were pulling the strings on that just in order to get McLaren out of the way, but they are still there and will fight back, but in a fair manner. But everybody get what he was asking for and their time will start soon.

Lewis is the people’s champion, and soon to be the F1 champion, though it should have been his last year, but we won’t go into that. Just keep your eye on the prize Lewis.
